Office Policies

We do not diagnose nor prescribe. We do not handle emergency health situations. If you have an emergency, dial 911, go to the hospital, or contact your primary care physician.

We provide most services by appointment. We have 'walk-in' hours from 11 - 2 Tuesday through Thursday, however we cannot always guarantee a service will be available at that time.  We must treat this time as 'first come, first served.'

We can offer appointments for a 'one-time only' visit, however most clients find our continuing health plan more beneficial.

*We ask that you refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or strongly scented products (hair gel, aftershave, lotion, etc.) when you visit our office for the sake of those who have strong chemical sensitivities and get very ill from these scents. As for essential oils, we have had reports of clients having chemical reactions to brands of essential oils that have synthetics in them.  The only brand proven by third party laboratory tests not to have synthetics in them is Young Living brand, so IF wearing oils -this brand in the office and to events is appreciated. Thank you!

*Please come showered prior to a massage.  Undergarments/shorts are required for Raindrop and massage. Inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

*If getting a scan, we will ask you to wash your hands upon arrival to remove any germs from doorknobs, etc.

*To have an effective "wellness program" (where we seek to identify the imbalances and malfunctions in your body possibly causing chronic health issues and then correct the nutritional deficiencies, adrenal dysfunction, hormone imbalances, gastrointestinal inflammation, or other blocking factors), most individuals will need to work with us for a minimum of 6-12 months - which means faithfully following our nutritional and lifestyle protocols and having regular consultations with us to discuss progress. Complex chronic health issues may require longer. Because natural herbs, homeopathics, and supplements are a “self-care” model requiring time and effort on your part to affect positive changes, we require that you are prepared and willing to make a commitment to devote at least 6 months of your time to this protocol and healing process in order to achieve the greatest success. Natural healing, where we work together to support the body so it can restore and repair itself, takes time.  Remember, your health problems didn’t appear overnight, so they won’t instantly disappear either.

Because consultation appointments and supplements (including homeopathic series kits if needed) are essential components of our "wellness program," there are some costly initial expenses. Consider it an investment that will pay off for years to come. You're spending more on your health NOW so you can spend less LATER. It never pays to cut corners when it comes to your health. You're worth it, and you deserve to be healthy!

Full payment is due at the time of service. We do not accept insurance, however we DO accept HSA's (Health Savings Accounts). Methods of payment include: Cash , Check, or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). (Cash is preferred to keep the fees low.) Bounced Checks will be charged a $35 fee. Products will not be ordered until charge or check clear the bank.

You can now get Kangen Water at our clinic.  Kangen Water is alkalizing, anti-oxidant, and more easily absorbed than other waters.

Due to chemical sensitivies, we ask that you refrain from wearing perfume or cologne when you visit our office.  Thank you for your cooperation!
